Vernacular, yet voguish, this villa is a home to 3 generations. Sprawled across 5 storeys, the villa’s minimalist footprint is balanced by its maximalist details. The client’s brief was to have a unified building for the family that didn’t feel separated by floors like a multi-storey apartment.
To cater to this requirement, we planned a floating staircase that acts as a central focal point unifying the entire villa. This staircase is characterized by clean lines and dashes of monochrome with its galaxy of chandeliers and stone finishes. The interiors, with its luxurious hints of gold, rich wooden flooring and sumptuous rugs, the interior exudes a queenly richness that could transport you straight to Windsor.
