Residence planned for a family for 4, the gold rush is an 13-bedroom house with opulent interiors on a small footprint. The spatial concept was to work with an open plan approach and use cross programming to allow for flexible combination of spaces – the family’s residence, showroom and rental spaces.
The villa has a showroom in the basement, followed by stilt floor for parking and rental spaces on the 1st and 2nd floors. The family’s residence is housed on the 3rd and 4th floor with a majestic central staircase. The staircase is covered with the skylight that guides unobstructed natural light across the full width of the home. The rich design of the house is as enviable as its interiors done with Italian marble and Oak wood furniture.
